7 steps enrollment policy helps to achieve and maintain our high

- Primary
interview -We believe that the first phone call is the most
important contact. Today's potential employees are driven by different
expectations. A short telephone interview allows us to get a good
feel of those expectations and how our company can fulfill them.
- Resume
assistance - We make sure each of our employees has a resume
that best represents their skills and experience.
- Orientation interview
- The orientation interview allows us once again to assess the
applicant's talent skills and lets us interact with that person.
- Skill
assessment - Every employee's workplace skills are evaluated,
including: data entry, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of computers
is crucial for our clients, and we offer free training
to our employee's who need it.
- Reference checks
- People to People Employment Specialists Inc. requires at least
two good references from previous employers. We'll make sure they
are available and are your best possible choices.
- Training seminars
- We believe in continuing education and the need for constant
training. Talents are encouraged to take training sessions; in
addition we organize monthly seminars on varying topics.
- Tryout
employment - To ensure the best possible evaluation of our
employees, especially those new to the office environment, we
bring them to our office for a tryout employment, so they can
observe and learn.
